We start off DREAM with the amazing combination of lavender, both flower buds and essential oil, and the gorgeous frankincense essential oil. With hugely grounding properties and with the ability to ease symptoms of stress and anxiety, as well as promoting rest and sleep, these oils are hugely beneficial in assisting both physical and mental relaxation. Frankincense particularly is also renowned for its benefit in the supporting of meditation practices as it helps to clear the mind and allow for peacefulness.
Combining all this loveliness with the magical vetiver, which is so powerful in its’ properties around grounding & calming, bringing huge benefits in soothing and balancing, in emotional stability, and is used to promote deep sleep and improve concentration.
DREAM works at both the root and crown chakra, providing a sense of stability and also a sense of connectivity. It’s provided with a beautiful & reiki charged amethyst crystal which acts to soothe, to balance, to calm, and to aid rest.
All our natural bath salt ranges are provided in either a small 150g taster jar, a 400g beautiful, reusable ‘forever’ glass jar with a beautiful wooden spoon and sealable bamboo lid, which can be hot washed and re-purposed, or they come in a 400g refill kraft pouch.
