SELF REWILDING

In RewildMe activities we direct the principle of rewilding towards ourselves. Through an integrated approach combining Yoga, meditation techniques and direct experience, we awaken our instinct and physical sensitivity, until we no longer feel separation between our evolved self and the natural environment.

We do this by multiple practices, aimed to open ourselves up to the primeval wisdom that is already within us.

BEYOND THE DISCONTENT OF CIVILIZATION

The most advanced neurobiology studies, show how simple exposure to an unpolluted environment activates primitive layers of the brain, like hypophysis and hypothalamus, decongesting the pre-frontal cortex. That is we become less incline to rationalization, but more connected to that part of our nervous system where calm and well being originate: oxytocin, endorphins, dopamine, the known molecules of pleasure, are largely produced in this area.

The ancient yogis, just like the Buddha and his followers, cultivated their wisdom in the forest and on the mountain, not in a busy city or a luxury SPA.
